COMPLETE DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT

The IDS development team is your first and only point of contact for all your development needs. We manage the entire development process

and work with our clients to ensure that their objectives are realized expeditiously and efficiently while provided ongoing contract support during the entire process. We provide a seamless, turn-key product with end-to-end project delivery. From initial concept, to financing, design, construction, lease-up, and stabilization; the IDS development management team takes care of everything.

IDS handles the administrative burden, allowing our clients to focus on their core business. From the pre-development stage through to project completion, we coordinate a multidisciplinary team to meet deadlines and budgets. In order to minimize uncertainty, we maximize project controls, and use the most up-to-date information available on all aspects affecting development. We develop a strategy that maximizes value for our client while generating a stabilized income.

At an early stage, we take on a project advisory & consultation role in order to better assist our clients in determining their best course of action. This includes a rigorous financial review that includes detailed cash flow projections. Before undertaking any development, we investigate title or property encumbrances that may affect any future development. We review current zoning conditions, and identify potential rezoning opportunities. Our objective development analysis and dispassionate evaluation will determine any and all profitable development options.

CONSTRUCTION

IDS Group, through our associate partner Ventana Construction, a construction firm of impeccable reputation, we manage and negotiate all the contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

We provide general contracting and construction management services, along with construction guarantees. We have a proven track record of delivering superior customer service and a high-quality finished product for our clients, and pride ourselves in finding innovative solutions to maximize value and reduce cost.
