Willingdon Rose

Currently in the rezoning stage, this project in Burnaby consists of a high-rise residential rental 460 unit apartment building, with low-rise market and non-market rental components.

IDS is pleased to work on behalf of our client to provide development & project management, tenant relocation, design and construction services for this exciting project.



The Beverley is a 19-story 115,000 square
feet mixed-use residential tower comprising of 150 market rental
units, and a state of the art banquet and meeting facility. IDS is the only company that has successfully developed a market rental project of this nature on behalf of a non-profit organization.

Over the past 35 years, our client worked diligently to find a solution to their problem; through a culmination of cooperation and courage, IDS provided the owner with a new facility to
replace its aging building, and enough additional capital to sustain its organization, preserving a fraternity that was on the brink of losing a home in the city it had resided in for over 150 years. Utilizing only the equity contained in the property, IDS was able to overcome many challenges, including a complex rezoning process and negotiating the
terms of a heritage revitalization agreement, which preserved a large historic brick facade.
